Facebook and Instagram lead forms. When you submit a form on one of our ads, Meta passes the answers you give to us.
Our website, phone calls, text messages and email when you contact us.
In person, when we inspect your property or carry out work.

3. Why we collect it

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

Staff and contractors who help us provide our services

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which provides the advertising and lead form tools we use, under its own privacy policy
Government bodies or other parties where the law requires or allows it

5. Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use cookies and similar technology on our website to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote form is sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not receive the details you type into our forms. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage cookies in your browser settings.

6. Storage and security

We keep your information in secure business systems and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that we delete or de-identify it.
